These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Onzy (the "Service"), operated by DryDev Professional Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Onzy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older to use Onzy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must give accurate and current information when you create your account. Notify us immediately at support@onzy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or feature limits.
You agree not to use Onzy to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Onzy connects you with other users ("Spotters") for accountability purposes. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users. If you experience harassment or abuse, use the block feature and report it to support@onzy.app.
You retain ownership of content you create in Onzy (tasks, notes, check-ins, broadcasts). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content, and to display it to you and your connected Spotters, solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not use it for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.
Plans: Onzy has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Pro+. Each paid plan comes as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. What each plan includes is shown in the app and on our website before you buy. The Free plan is available indefinitely with no payment required.
Pro trial: Onzy may offer a complimentary Pro trial — one you choose to start yourself, or one that comes with your account or with a code you enter, depending on the current offer. The Pro trial lasts 7 days. No credit card is required, we never charge you for it, it never turns into a paid plan on its own, and when the trial ends your account goes back to Free. A trial from Onzy is not an App Store or Google Play free trial. There is one trial per person, and we may end or refuse a trial that is being abused (for example, by making many accounts). If a code gives you a different number of free days, the terms shown with that code apply.
Where you can buy: You can buy a paid plan on our website (Stripe takes the payment), in the Onzy app on iPhone and iPad (the App Store takes the payment), or in the Onzy app on Android (Google Play takes the payment).You can buy a paid plan in the Onzy app on iPhone and iPad (the App Store takes the payment) or in the Onzy app on Android (Google Play takes the payment). The company that takes your payment is the one that bills you, sends your receipt, and handles payment problems. A plan is managed in the place where you bought it, so cancel it there.
Prices: Prices are in US dollars, before any tax. The price shown before you pay is the price you agree to.
Automatic renewal: Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each month or year, for the same length, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge until you cancel. On a website purchase, Stripe charges the card you gave us. On an App Store purchase, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. On a Google Play purchase, Google Play charges your Google account and the plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Yearly renewal reminder: For a yearly plan, we email you about 30 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices. If we change the price of a plan you already have, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price starts, the new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then. A store may also ask for your OK to a price change in its own app.
How to cancel: You can cancel at any time. Cancel in the place where you bought the plan:
When you cancel: Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not by itself refund anything.
Refunds: What we can refund depends on where you bought the plan.
If we charged you twice or by mistake, write to us at support@onzy.app and we will look at it; we can make exceptions case by case. Apart from this section, we do not refund partial periods or unused time. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.
Deleting your account and store subscriptions: Deleting your Onzy account cancels a plan you bought on our website. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.Deleting your Onzy account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Those stores keep charging you until you cancel there, so cancel in the store first and then delete your account. Deleting your account does not by itself give a refund.
Onzy offers optional text reminders as a Pro+ feature ("Don't let me forget"). By adding your phone number and agreeing to the consent text presented in the app — "I agree to receive text reminders from Onzy. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Onzy at that number: reminders for tasks you've asked Onzy not to let you forget, and phone verification codes. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing or using any Onzy service.
Message frequency varies and is capped at 5 messages per day; Onzy will not text you between 9pm and 8am your local time. Message and data rates may apply. Text reminders are available to numbers in the United States and Canada only. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy for more.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or temporarily suspend the service with or without notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
Onzy's coach and some other features are written by AI services run by other companies. When you use them, the words you type or say, your first name, and the tasks, notes, and check-ins needed to answer you are sent to those services. We do not send your email address. We send them to Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) to write replies, to Deepgram to turn your voice into text, to OpenAI to check messages for safety, and to Amazon (AWS Polly) to read replies aloud. We use these services only to answer you. In the Onzy apps for iPhone and iPad we ask for your OK before your first AI chat. The coach is an AI, not a person, and its responses may be inaccurate. Onzy's AI coaching features are for motivational and organizational purposes only. Onzy is a general wellness and coaching tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. For medical or mental-health advice, talk with a healthcare professional. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment.
Onzy cannot help in an emergency. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US), text HOME to 741741, or call 911.
Onzy and its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by DryDev Professional Services LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account) or on the web at onzy.app/delete-account. Read the part of Section 6 about store subscriptions first: deleting does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, and for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is necessary for a serious violation. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. The sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law continue after termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRYDEV PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DryDev Professional Services LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
If you got Onzy from the App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google do not provide support for Onzy and are not responsible for it; contact us at support@onzy.app. The store's own terms also apply to your purchase and to your use of that store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Onzy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
